James Quinn
With over 10 years of experience within the construction and development sectors, James has a good understanding of building a quality product at the lowest possible price.
Studying Business Economics at Northumbria University, James prides himself on his entrepreneurial and financial background. Having worked within the private residential sector for numerous years he has been able to tailor a unique product that maximizes the end users experience.
This innovative philosophy has allowed Quinn Residential to be able to hone in on what clients demands are as well as finding the best sites to develop on.
Seamus Quinn
Seamus is the Founder and Managing Director of renowned construction company; Quinn London Ltd. He brings to Quinn Residential decades of knowledge and experience of the construction and property industry.
He started Quinn London 20 years ago with the aim to deliver quality construction solutions across London and the south of England. Built upon this ethos, Quinn London excelled through the years to become a leading main contractor within the commercial fit out, social housing, education, heritage, public buildings, healthcare, retail, residential and leisure market sectors.
